Kevin Jones PhD

DecAid Project Experience: As Co-founder and President of the DecAid Project since 2012, Kevin has taught or led CHE trainings in more than ten countries to prepare leaders in starting CHE programs.
Kevin has also taught more than 2000 students studying in the U.S. on international student visas, and led more than 30 short-term mission teams to five countries (with the majority of those teams going to La Gonave, Haiti.) -
Shawn Swan MD

DecAid Project Experience: Shawn has been involved in medical missions since 1984. As Co-founder and Medical Director of the DecAid Project since 2012, Shawn has led over 30 medical and CHE training teams in 4 countries and counting.
As a surgeon he loves being part of the healing process through surgery but has found that preventive education is even more important, saving even more lives in a wholistic fashion that impacts the soul as well. -

He leads with a passion to see others learn and know God's love for themselves. John’s life verse is found in Psalm 31:15, "My times are in Thy hand."

Previous Dean of the School of Natural and Applied Sciences at Taylor University | Previous Professor of Biology at Indiana Wesleyan University & Gordan CollegeCredentials: BA in Art and Botany from Duke University | MS in Agronomy from UC Davis |PhD from Purdue University, with research focused on Moringa plant and its antibacterial qualities.
Experience: Grace is passionate about ECHO’s mission to “reduce hunger and improve lives worldwide through partnerships that equip people with agricultural resources while practicing agroecology.” This has created a natural partnership between ECHO and The DecAid Project’s CHE Training. Along with her experience teaching and conducting research internationally, Grace was the Seed Bank Director at ECHO for four years, and has led a travel course — “Sustainable Tropical Agriculture” — in Guatemala, Honduras, and Haiti for 17 years.

Melinda Bradley LPN

Credentials: Melinda has served as a long standing participant of the DecAid Project’s medical ministry teams and member of the board.
Experience: As a wife, mother, grandmother, Christian, licensed practical nurse and active community member, Melinda enjoys helping other both at home and abroad. Her passion is medical and educational mission work. In serving with short term mission trainings, Melinda has traveled to Mexico, St. Croix, Honduras and has made multiple trips with the DecAid Project to La Gonave, Haiti, with her most recent training trip in Papua New Guinea .

Rev. Wes Munsell

Ordained Minister and Previous Missionary to La Gonave, Haiti.
Credentials: Wes is an Ordained Minister in The Wesleyan Church, experienced Missionary to Haiti, and currently works as a truck driver.
Experience: Wes Munsell has been a member of the DecAid Project Board of Directors since its inception. Wes and his wife, Susie, first travelled to Haiti in April, 2010, as members of the very first DecAid Project team. Following that trip, both followed God’s calling, which culminated in serving for 2+ years as missionaries with Global Partners at Wesleyan Mission Haiti, on the island of La Gonave. Wes and Susie have two grown children who have also been a part of DecAid Project teams.
